Work with me · one to one

Everyone in your life is too kind
to tell you the truth.

and I'm not in your life. yet.

Me saying the things they won't, and you finally doing something with them. Not therapy. Not hand-holding. Some doors don't open for everyone. This is one of them.

Apply to work with me An application, not a checkout. We talk before a single dollar is on the table, and I only say yes if it's a real fit.

If this is you

You did everything right.
So why does it feel like this?

  • You built the life on the list. The job, the relationship, the version of you everyone approves of. And you're quietly done with all of it.
  • You're not sad exactly. You're flat. Going through the motions of a life that looks fine from the outside.
  • You keep waiting to feel like yourself again, and the waiting has become the whole thing.
  • You've read the books, saved the posts, started a hundred Mondays. It never sticks, because none of it was built around you.

Where this goes

Picture the version of you who stopped asking permission. Who likes who you've become. Who wakes up in a life you actually chose and no longer needs the map, because you are the map now.

What this actually is

You and me. An hour at a time.

Not a course you watch alone. Not a group you disappear into. One to one, in real time, doing the actual work. Start with a single hour. Go as deep as you want after that, or don't.

Start small, on purpose

One hour is a real hour, not a sales call in disguise. You leave with something you can actually do. Whether you come back is up to you, and I'd rather you came back because it worked.

Held, not hovered

Real calls on a steady rhythm, and between them you do the living. The work is yours. My job is to see clearly, tell you the truth, and not let you talk yourself out of it.

Anyone can buy the map. This is the only place you get me.

Who I take

I don't work with everyone.
I won't pretend otherwise.

This only works if you're actually ready. So before anything else, read this honestly. If the right-hand column is you, we're going to save each other a lot of time.

This is for you if

  • You're genuinely at the end of the rope with the life you built, not just curious or bored.
  • You'll do the work between our calls instead of waiting for me to do it for you. (Newsflash: I won't do it for you. I'm busy.)
  • You can own your part without a running list of who's to blame.
  • You can invest at this level without wrecking yourself to do it.

This is not for you if

  • You want to be fixed without lifting a finger.
  • You want somewhere to vent, not somewhere to change.
  • You want a quick fix and the word "year" already lost you.
  • You're in real crisis right now. You deserve a licensed therapist, and I'll say so. That's care, not a sale.

None of that is me playing hard to get. My time is genuinely limited, because it's one to one. Every seat I give to the wrong person is one I can't give to the right one.

The work itself

Four ways in. All of them one to one.

Every session is a full hour, just us, on a call. Book one and see. Go deeper than that and the hour comes down, and we'll work out which set fits when we talk. The fit call before any of it is free, and I keep the calendar deliberately small.

How it works

You don't buy this. You apply for it.

  1. Apply

A short, honest application. About you, not your budget. Where you are, what you're most done with, why now.

  2. The fit call

Twenty minutes, free, just us. I find out where you really are and which way in makes sense. No pitch, and I'll say so if the answer is none of them.

  3. I decide

I only take you on if it's a yes for both of us and a spot is open. If it's not, I'll tell you straight, and point you somewhere better.

  4. We begin

I send you the plan and what it costs, we set the rhythm, and the work starts.

And after

You graduate. You don't disappear.

When the sessions end, you don't disappear on me. I'm building the room where the people who've done this work stay in each other's lives, and you'll have a seat in it. The work has an ending. The room doesn't.

In their words

The ones who did the work.

I was safe, comfortable, and quietly sure there was more. Eleanora helped me actually believe I could have it, so I grabbed the wheel and jumped. Now I split the year between Alaska and Colorado with the person I always wanted, living a life I used to think was for other people.
Nadia · Alaska & Colorado
I've worked with Eleanora for a year and a half, through some of the hardest stretches of my life. She's who I call when it's all on fire, business and head both. She tells me the truth I'm dodging and then makes me do something about it. Worth every cent.

Before you ask

The real questions.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Then the call is exactly for that. Being unsure is human. Wanting to change but being scared of it is not the same as not being ready. We'll figure out which one you are, together, before anything's decided.
Is this therapy?
No. But some days it'll feel like it. The difference is I'm not here to collect a paycheck and nod along. I'm here to tell you the hard truths, the ones you've been paying someone else not to. If you don't want to hear them, keep paying your therapist to hold your hand. And if what you're carrying genuinely needs a clinician, I'll tell you that straight and point you to one. That's the one thing I won't bully you out of.
How long is this?
As long as you want it to be. One hour if you're testing the water. Four if you want to break an actual pattern. Sixteen if you're rebuilding. You set the rhythm with me, weekly or fortnightly, whatever your life can hold. Quick doesn't stick, so I won't pretend one hour rewrites you, but one hour is a real place to start.
What does it cost?
$349 for a full hour, and that one's right there on the page. The sets of four, eight and sixteen bring the hourly rate down. Ask me and I'll tell you what they run, on the call, before you've committed to anything. The fit call is free and payment plans exist on the sets.
What if you don't take me?
Then I'll be honest about why, and point you toward what would actually serve you, whether that's the self-guided work, the community, or something outside my world entirely. A no from me is still meant to help.

The door

If you're ready to stop waiting,
tell me.

The application takes a few honest minutes. If it's a fit, we talk. If it's not, you'll know why. Either way, you'll have taken the first real step in a while.

An application, not a checkout. No card, no commitment. If it's a fit, I reach out. If it's not, I'll tell you straight.

It's in.

I read every one of these myself. If we're a fit, you'll hear from me. If we're not, I'll still tell you why. Either way, you did the brave thing today.
